What you’ll gain

- 05Mentor junior engineersLead, mentor and coach junior QE engineers, raising the team’s technical maturity.
- 06Improve testing methodsExplore and adopt emerging QE methods and technologies that keep testing modern, lean and effective.
Who we’re looking for
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with QE automation tools such as Playwright.
- A proven ability to build and maintain automated test frameworks and contribute to end-to-end QE strategy.
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills to find root causes quickly.
- Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps or similar).
- A solid understanding of Agile ways of working (Scrum, Kanban) in fast-paced teams.
- Excellent communication, with the ability to work across functions and influence through expertise.
- Exposure to AI-driven testing tools and AI-based automation frameworks is an advantage.
